Terms & Conditions
Definition
Best Buddies’ Deals (BBD) are exclusive promotions provided by participating merchants to users of the PropBuddy, BizBuddy, and YONO apps.
Eligibility
BBD deals are available to registered users of the PropBuddy, BizBuddy, or YONO apps. Unless otherwise stated, deals are intended for individual use only and may be subject to age, residency, or other eligibility requirements as determined by the participating merchant.
Deal Availability
BBD deals may differ by merchant and are subject to specific restrictions, minimum spend, product availability, or other limitations as determined by the participating merchant.
Redemption Process
To redeem a BBD deal, users must present the PropBuddy, BizBuddy, or YONO app on their device to the cashier at the merchant’s location. Additional conditions such as proof of purchase or minimum spend may apply.
Validity Period
Each BBD deal is valid for a limited time only, as specified by the participating merchant. Expired deals will not be honored.
Exclusivity
Unless explicitly stated, BBD deals cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Non-Transferability
BBD deals are personal to the user and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless expressly permitted by the merchant.
Merchant Responsibility
All goods and services under BBD deals are provided solely by the participating merchants. Merchants are responsible for the availability, quality, and fulfillment of the deals.
Merchant Rights
Participating merchants reserve the right to modify, restrict, or cancel any BBD deal at their discretion without prior notice.
Technical Issues
PropBuddy, BizBuddy, and YONO are not liable for any technical issues (e.g., server downtime, app errors, or connectivity problems) that may affect the redemption of BBD deals. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.
Liability
PropBuddy, BizBuddy, and YONO are not responsible for any discrepancies, disputes, product/service issues, or claims arising between users and participating merchants regarding BBD deals.
Privacy & Data Use
By participating in BBD deals, users acknowledge that their data may be used in accordance with the PropBuddy, BizBuddy, and YONO Privacy Policy.
Program Modifications
PropBuddy, BizBuddy, and YONO reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the BBD program at any time without prior notice.
User Agreement
By redeeming or using BBD deals, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
