Definition

Kota Kinabalu Best Deals (“KK Best Deals”) are exclusive promotions, privileges, and offers provided by participating merchants and partners to users of the Kota Kinabalu Best Deals campaign.

Eligibility

KK Best Deals are available exclusively to registered users with valid access to the Kota Kinabalu Best Deals miniApp.

Benefit Availability

The availability and details of KK Best Deals may vary by merchant and are subject to specific restrictions, minimum spend requirements, product availability, or other limitations as determined by the participating merchant.

Redemption Process

To redeem a KK Best Deal, users must present the required digital proof (such as a digital deal page via the Kota Kinabalu Best Deals miniApp to the cashier or merchant representative at the participating outlet.
Additional conditions such as proof of eligibility, purchase requirements, or minimum spend may apply as determined by the participating merchant.

Validity Period

Each KK Best Deal is valid for a limited time only, as specified by the participating merchant. Expired deals will not be honored.

Exclusivity

Unless explicitly stated, KK Best Deals cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, vouchers, or promotions.

Non-Transferability

KK Best Deals are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless expressly permitted by the participating merchant.

Merchant Responsibility

All goods and services under KK Best Deals are provided solely by participating merchants. Merchants are fully responsible for the availability, quality, and fulfillment of the offers provided.

Merchant Rights

Participating merchants reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or cancel any KK Best Deal at their discretion without prior notice.

Technical Issues

Kota Kinabalu Best Deals and its miniApp administrators are not liable for any technical issues (including but not limited to server downtime, system errors, or connectivity problems) that may affect deal access or redemption. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly.

Liability

Kota Kinabalu Best Deals shall not be responsible for any discrepancies, disputes, product or service issues, losses, or claims arising between users and participating merchants in connection with KK Best Deals.

Privacy & Data Use

By participating in KK Best Deals, users acknowledge and agree that their data may be collected and used in accordance with the Kota Kinabalu Best Deals Privacy Policy.

Program Modifications

Kota Kinabalu Best Deals reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the KK Best Deals program or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

User Agreement

By accessing, redeeming, or using KK Best Deals, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
